2008-09 Teryx Installation kit

1. Disconnect stock battery (under Driver seat) See image below

2. Remove factory Halogen bulb from both passenger and drivers fixtures. This has no hood so you have to reach under or remove complete housing. See image

3. Install supplied Vision X HID bulbs (DON’T TOUCH BULB) the oil from your skin will pop it!
4. Find a safe place on both sides to mount Vision X Ballast (not to far from bulb) the lead from bulb to ballast isn’t really long so check lengths before final mount
5. Plug the bulbs into the ballasts completely
6. The supplied relay harness “MUST” be used on this application, without it you will pop factory 10 amp fuses, or burn up stock switch.
7. Plug in oval wires from the relay harness to each ballast (make sure you route wires so they don’t get caught up) Route the relay harness Power wires (red & Black) towards the battery.
8. Make sure the positive and negative wires are protected as you run them through fire wall and under hull of engine compartment. Please note the extra power wire on the relay harness will get wired into the stock driver’s side factory bulb wire (this is what triggers the relay harness).
9. In some cases you may have to only add length to the positive and negative battery Leeds on the relay harness? (depending on how you route it)
10. Reconnect battery with positive and negative relay wires. And that’s it!
